Hawaiʻi Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course (60 Hours – In-Person)
This 60-hour in-person Real Estate Salesperson Pre-Licensing Course is conducted in accordance with the educational requirements prescribed by the Hawaiʻi Real Estate Commission (HREC), Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs (DCCA).
The course provides instruction in real estate principles, practices, and Hawaiʻi real estate law necessary to qualify for licensure as a real estate salesperson. Instruction includes coverage of state-specific statutes, administrative rules, ethical obligations, and practical applications required for competent and compliant real estate practice in the State of Hawaiʻi. Successful completion of the course fulfills the pre-licensing education requirement to sit for the Hawaiʻi Real Estate Salesperson Licensing Examination administered by PSI.
COURSE CONTENT OUTLINE

Steps to Become a Hawaiʻi Real Estate Salesperson
Complete a 60-hour pre-licensing course
Pass the school’s final examinations
Apply for and pass the State and National licensing examinations through PSI
Submit licensing application and required documentation to the State of Hawaiʻi
Receive your Salesperson license and begin practice under a licensed broker
